I recently purchased an E-flite Blade CPpro and need some guidance beyoond the print material included with the helicopter. I have no experience flying remote control model aircraft, but would like to learn. I am retired, but do not like to drive after dark, so if I could meet someone during the day would be the best. | Comments: | Hi, First of all I was born in Hamlet and spent most of my life there, and graduated from OD in 65, and came back to teach there for a few years. Just got into rc planes a year ago and haven't had much chance to fly yet. I was just on BVM jet website and linked to you from there. Our club flys off a small grass field, hope to win lottery and build a new site free of neighbors and hope to get into jets. A couple of our members are expressing intrest in turbines, and I've bought a poor ducted fan jet kit and hope to build this winter. I get down to my folks once in awhile, and would like to stop down sometime to your field to see some turbines and learn a little about them. When do you guys fly? Anything coming up before winter sets in? What's in the planning for next spring/summer. Thanks. Larry |
